This policy covers personal information collected through the registration page, confirmation and reminder communications, and any related pages (thank you page, replay page) for The Joy In-Between masterclass and Step Into Her Power In-person event, operated by Empower You.

•  Name, email address, and phone number, if provided, when you register

•  Your responses to the identity quiz, if you complete it, via ScoreApp

•  Attendance data: whether you joined the live session, and for how long

•  Engagement data: whether you open emails, click links, or reply to messages

•  Standard technical data collected automatically by the registration page, such as IP address and browser type

3. How We Collect It

Directly from you, through the registration form, the ScoreApp quiz if you choose to complete it, and any replies to our emails or SMS. Automatically, through cookies and similar technology used by GoHighLevel on the registration and thank you pages.

4. How We Use It

•  To send your registration confirmation, calendar invite, and session link

•  To send reminder emails and, if you've opted in, SMS reminders before the session

•  To send your identity quiz results, if you complete the quiz

•  To send the replay link, if you didn't attend live and a replay is available

•  To follow up after the session about the free 20-minute clarity call and the 10-Week Mini Mind

•  To improve future sessions, based on aggregate attendance and engagement patterns

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following services to deliver and manage this masterclass. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

•  GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), for registration, CRM, and email and SMS automation

•  Zoom, for live session delivery

•  ScoreApp, for the identity quiz, if you choose to complete it.

6. Email and SMS Communications

By registering, you consent to receive email communications from us about this masterclass and related offers. If you provide a phone number and check the SMS consent box, you also consent to receive SMS reminders and follow-up messages.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing messages won't affect your ability to receive essential communications about a session you've already registered for, like the direct link on the day.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in GoHighLevel's systems and, if you complete the quiz, ScoreApp's systems. We take reasonable steps to keep this data secure, but no online system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection.

8. Your Rights

Under Australian privacy law, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, and ask us to delete it, subject to any legal reason we may need to keep it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

The registration and thank you pages may use cookies through GoHighLevel to remember your registration status and measure page performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children's Privacy

This masterclass and this site are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
