1. About This Agreement

These terms apply when you register for The Joy In-Between, a free live masterclass hosted by Empower You (“EmpowerYou,” “we,” “us”). By registering, you agree to these terms.

2. The Masterclass

The Joy In-Between is a free, live 45-minute session delivered via Zoom. Your registration confirms a place in the session and entitles you to any replay access we make available, on the terms stated on the registration page at the time you registered.

We reserve the right to reschedule, shorten, extend, or cancel the session for reasons outside our reasonable control, including technical failure of Zoom or any other platform used to deliver it. If we cancel the session, we'll notify registered attendees by email.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to register. The content is general in nature and not tailored to your individual circumstances.

4. Your Access

Your registration link and any replay link are for your personal use only. Please don't share, publish, or redistribute them without our permission.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content delivered in the masterclass, including the session itself, any slides, worksheets, or replay recording, is owned by Empower You and protected by copyright. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

6. Not Professional Advice

The masterclass discusses identity, nervous system responses, and personal wellbeing in a general, educational way. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it isn't a substitute for professional care. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified health professional or a crisis service in your area.

7. What Happens After the Masterclass

Registering means you may receive follow-up communications from us by email and, if you've opted in, SMS, including information about the EmpowerYou 10-Week Mini Mind and a free 20-minute clarity call. You can opt out of these communications at any time (see the Privacy Policy below for how).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Empower You is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your registration or attendance, or from technical issues with Zoom, GoHighLevel, or any other third-party platform used to deliver the masterclass.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Registration, delivery, and follow-up for this masterclass use third-party services, currently GoHighLevel for registration and email or SMS automation, Zoom for the live session, and ScoreApp for the identity quiz offered on registration. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
