BEFORE YOU GO
The questions women actually ask
Will I have to share personal things out loud in front of strangers?
No. Nothing you write is read aloud unless you choose to share it. Most of the morning is you, your pen and your workbook. Women talk when they want to, usually over the break, usually because they want to, never because they're put on the spot.
What if I cry?
Women do. Nobody in that room will think less of you for it, most of them will recognise exactly what you're feeling. There are tissues on every table for a reason.
What if I don't know anyone else who's going?
Most women come alone. By the first break that stops being a thing.
Is it selfish to spend $99 and a Sunday morning on myself?
You've spent years giving from an empty cup and calling it love. Three hours and $99 is the smallest possible investment in the woman everyone else relies on. You aren't taking something away from them, you're making sure there's still someone there to give.
Is this religious or spiritual?
No. There's no chanting, no crystals, no doctrine. It's honest, practical identity work, a scale, a pattern, a plan.
Am I going to be sold something at the end?
Your ticket includes a 45-minute 1:1 with Josephine after the event, and that session is genuinely about you and your roadmap. If working together longer-term makes sense, she'll say so once, and if it doesn't, she won't.
Is food included?
Tea, coffee and light refreshments are provided throughout. It finishes at 12pm, so eat breakfast before you come.
What if I've never done anything like this before?
Most women in the room haven't. There's no prior work to do, nothing to prepare, and nothing you need to already understand. Turn up as you are, that's the entire point.
What if I can't make it on the day?
Seats are limited to twelve, so tickets aren't refundable, but you can transfer yours to another woman right up to the day before. Just email us.
How and when do I book my 1:1?
You'll get a booking link in your confirmation email and a reminder on the day. Sessions are held 7 days after the event.
